Installation of our solar array by Same Sun VT was one of the best construction experiences I have had. We agreed on the system, the site team made their measurements, and we were given a proposed schedule. As we planned to be out of town, we had some concern, but were assured that would not pose issues. On our return, the system was installed, running, and there were NO TRACES of dirt, sawdust, conduit pieces, loose wires, insulation etc ANYWHERE on the property, roof, or down cellar. A follow up visit by the team was pleasant, informative, and friendly. This was a superior group. I am very happy with the system.
Nothing fell short. We were impressed with their depth of knowledge about solar power and solar systems, as well as the professional manner in which the project was completed.
Extremely professional from start to finish. A representative from another company came down for a "site visit" and never took his feet off the ground. No precise solar measurements. SameSun did a site EVALUATION for a couple of hours, took precise roof measurements, used a device to estimate solar production based on precise layout and angles. They took care of all permits, variances, and inspections. Their employees were professional and kept the grounds neat, with a full cleanup at the end of every day. Given that we operate a B&B, that was important to us and they went above and beyond. We gave them access to a guest room/bathroom and with 5 guys going in and out for 4 days, you would barely know they were there - they even removed their shoes! Great company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
